Welcome to Bring Home! This Refund and Return Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for requesting refunds and returns for products purchased through the Bring Home e-commerce platform (“Platform”). By placing an order on the Platform, you agree to adhere to the terms stated in this policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from making a purchase on the Platform.

1. Refund Policy

1.1 Eligibility for Refund:

  • We accept refund requests within 2 days of the purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.

1.2 Refund Process:

  • To request a refund, contact our customer support team at support@bringhome.store with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.
  • Our customer support team will review your request and provide instructions on the next steps.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 7 days to be reflected in your account.

1.3 Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain items, such as gift cards, downloadable software, or personalized/customized products, may not be eligible for a refund. Any such exceptions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

2. Return Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Return:

  • We accept returns within 2 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.

2.2 Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at support@bringhome.store with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return shipping label (if applicable).
  • Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process the return and notify you of the status.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, and hazardous materials, may not be eligible for return. Any such exceptions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

3. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you may follow the return process outlined in Section 2 and place a new order for the desired item.

4. Customer Responsibility 

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

5. Exceptions

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item is damaged or defective upon receipt.

6. Our Error 

If the return is due to an error on our part, such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Tracking and Insurance 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when returning items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
